Data Ownership & Responsibility: Your financial data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud space. We cannot access or own your data. Because the developer does not store your data, we cannot recover or restore it if you lose data due to not enabling cloud sync, not backing up, switching devices, or uninstalling the App. We bear no liability for such data loss.

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information from users, nor does it actively collect any data from children.

We strongly recommend that you regularly use the built-in Export feature to back up your financial data to a safe location to prevent accidental loss.

Not Professional Advice: All analysis, categorization, or predictions generated by AI are for reference only. AI may produce inaccurate information (hallucinations).

Limitation of Liability: The App does not constitute formal investment, legal, or tax advice. We bear no liability for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated results. Please consult a professional before making significant financial decisions.

Free Cloud AI Continuity: The availability of free cloud AI depends on Google's policies. If Google modifies or discontinues its free tier, we will make reasonable efforts to evaluate and introduce an alternative free cloud AI service, but we do not guarantee nor are we obligated to provide this feature permanently.

Quota Limits: Any usage limits on the free tier (such as daily request caps) are set by Google. The developer bears no responsibility for such limits and cannot provide service beyond them.

Service Provided "As Is": The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Payment Processing: All paid features (including subscriptions and one-time purchases) are transacted exclusively through the Apple App Store.

Refund Policy: All billing and refund requests are handled and determined by Apple. The developer cannot directly process payments or refunds on your behalf.

Definition & Scope: A "Lifetime Purchase" grants permanent access to current paid features for the duration the App remains available on the App Store. "Lifetime" refers to the product's lifecycle, not the purchaser's natural lifespan.

End of Life: If the App is removed from the App Store due to force majeure (e.g., Apple policy changes, inability to continue the technical architecture, or developer discontinuation), we will provide 30 days' notice. After removal, users who have already downloaded the App may continue using existing on-device features, though we cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with future iOS versions.

Maintenance Obligation: A lifetime purchase does not obligate the developer to provide indefinite maintenance.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract source code from, or use the on-device model logic integrated in this App for commercial purposes without permission.

The developer bears no liability for App malfunction or data breaches resulting from illegal device tampering (e.g., jailbreaking).

You and the developer acknowledge that this Agreement is solely between you and the developer, and not with Apple Inc. Apple bears no responsibility for the App or its content. Apple is not a party to this Agreement but is a third-party beneficiary, and has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

We reserve the right to update features or terms at any time. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the laws of the developer's jurisdiction shall govern.
